Full-Time Student Tuition (Online)
Each class is $549 for the year.

Part-Time Student Tuition
- Full-year (1 credit) course – $59.90/mo. for 10 months ($549/year)* per class

A part-time student is one who enrolls in only select courses. The part-time option is provided for students who are homeschooled but need a few specific courses to supplement their education.
Dual Enrollment Course Tuition

- 4-credit courses: $730.17
Second Quarter Student Tuition
Each class is $411.75 in tuition*
- Kindergarten: 3 courses ($161/mo. | ~$1,236 for the remainder of the year)
- 1st Grade: 4 courses ($213/mo. | ~$1,647 for the remainder of the year)
- 2nd – 8th Grade: 5 courses ($264/mo. | ~$2,059 for the remainder of the year)
- 9th – 12th Grade: 26-course credits to graduate High School ($340/mo. | ~$2,677 for the remainder of the year)

Note: To qualify for a 2nd quarter enrollment, the student would need to have successfully completed the 1st quarter of the same course at another school.
Fourth Quarter Student Tuition
Each class is $137.25 in tuition*
- Kindergarten: 3 courses ($154/mo. | ~$412 for the remainder of the year)
- 1st Grade: 4 courses ($200/mo. | ~$549 for the remainder of the year)
- 2nd – 8th Grade: 5 courses ($246/mo. | ~$687 for the remainder of the year)
- 9th – 12th Grade: 26-course credits to graduate High School ($314/mo. | ~$893 for the remainder of the year)

Note: To qualify for a 4th quarter enrollment, the student would need to have successfully completed quarters 1 through 3 of the same courses at another school.

While most courses have all content embedded into the online site, some may require additional material which will be provided without any extra cost.

Payment Plans
Interest-free, monthly payment plans are available for Serving Institute tuition charges and are customizable for up to 10-month plans. Serving Institute offers those-monthly payment plan options at a $50 non-refundable fee. We will withdraw the interest-free charges monthly for the duration of your plan.
Course Supplies
With the exception of Dual Enrollment courses and Full time (On-site), Serving Institute courses do not require textbooks; however, any extra supplies will be provided without any additional cost.

Serving Institute Withdrawal Policy
Serving Institute withdrawal types are listed below
Official
Withdrawal due to not being able to complete the year for any reason.
Administrative
Withdrawal for any valid reason initiated by the Institute. An authorized university administrator must then approve this form of withdrawal.
Medical
Withdrawal from courses for medical reasons.
The student must provide documentation from a licensed physician to gain approval.
- Families are given a risk- free 30-day trial of our program. If you choose to withdraw before the second month starts, we will drop (DD) the course(s) and issue a full refund of the tuition
- If you withdraw any time after the 30-day period, you will have begun the second month and should be charged accordingly.
Any Serving Institute student who academically withdraws from the Institute or from an individual class after the completion of Financial Check-In will receive a refund of tuition as follows:
- Students who withdraw from course(s) will be financially responsible for each month attended once they enter the first day of courses for that month.
- Depending on the month a student withdraws from one credit hour course(s), we will divide the tuition into 10% increments. Example: If the withdrawal is during the 5th month, the financial responsibility will be 50% of the course cost.
- Depending on the month a student withdraws from a half credit hour course(s), we will divide tuition into 20% increments. Example: If the withdrawal is during the 2nd month, the financial responsibility will be 40% of the course cost.
- Any student that withdraws during the final month will not be eligible for a credit.
- When students withdraw after receiving an Early Registration Discount, we will reduce the discount based on the number of courses completed (if the withdrawal is below 5.0 credit hours).
Any Serving Institute student who academically withdraws from the Institute or from an individual college class (8 or 16-week class) will receive a refund of tuition and fees as follows:
- The student will receive a 100% refund if he or she withdraws within the first week of class, but before submission of the first assignment (first assignment includes the Course Requirements Checklist). We will process the student’s request as a drop and it will not show on the transcript.
- The student will receive a 75% refund if he or she withdraws after submitting the first assignment and through the end of the 1st Quarter (Week 2 for 8-week class or Week 4 for 16-week class).
- The student will receive a 50% refund if he or she withdraws after the 1st quarter but before the end of the 2nd Quarter (Week 4 for 8-week class or Week 8 for 16-week class).
- The student will receive a 25% refund if he or she withdraws after the 2nd Quarter but before the end of the 3rd Quarter (Week 6 for 8-week class or Week 12 for 16-week class).
- The student will not receive a refund after the 3rd Quarter, but may still be withdrawn from the course up until the final day of class.
